An Oregon woman who went in for some oral surgery woke up with a little something unexpected...a foreign accent. Wait, hold the phone. A foreign accent? Yeah right, sure she did. True story! It's a little thing known as foreign accent syndrome.56 year old Karen Butler of Toledo, Ore. now speaks with a British accent as a result  of the condition, which according to experts, only affects about 60 people around the world. Neurologist Ted Lowenkopf of the Providence Stroke Center said the condition usually only affects minor stroke victims, due to an injury to the part of the brain that controls language pattern and tone.

Unusual, right? I've heard of guys faking an accent to pick up women, but this is on a whole other level.

This story got me to thinking. If you could have any foreign accent, what would it be?
