A New York City restaurant is taking eating to a whole new level.  Do you remember that fantastic steak you had that one time? You know, the one that was so good you raved about it to just about anyone who would listen for like a week after? No? Well, neither do I, but that could be a thing of the past, when you eat at Marlow & Sons, in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood of New York City, because now you can actually wear the skin of whatever you ate!

Oh yes, it's true. The restaurant now offers up items made from the hide of cows and other animals prepared in the kitchen. In a published report, Kate Huling, the wife of the restaurants owner said  "We want something people could enjoy beyond their dinner."  "They come in, they eat, they leave and usually think of something else. So the bags really preserve and honor that animal." The eatery will have Belts, wallets,  hats and sweaters using wool and rabbit fur available, once the animal in question has been eaten.

Makes me wonder if it's anything like those seafood places where you pick your live lobster out of a tank before they cook it for you. I can imagine the waiter now: "C'mon out back and choose your cow, then while you're eating,  we'll put together a nice leather vest and jacket for you."
