D’Mon Anthony Mumphord is an Hispanic Male, 24 years old, who is wanted for an outstanding parole warrant for Tampering with Evidence. That warrant was issued on June 4th of this year. Mumphord is described as 5’7”, 135  pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
