Huh? What the...did he just say what I thought he said? Oh yes, my brethren, I did indeed. It seems this term of many uses is now a question of legality.

From a story out of Aspen, Colorado posted in today's edition of The Aspen Times, it seems that 40 yr old Daniel Fordham was arrested over a year ago for referring to a Police Officer as one of the aforementioned items, during an incident in downtown Aspen. Now, there's a war of words between the local District Attorney, and Fordham's lawyer, Lauren Maytin of Aspen. In July, Maytin filed a 6-page court brief with the appropriate title "Motion to Dismiss: The Constitutionality of 'Douche Bag.'" I love that. It sounds all official-like, doesn't it? It almost reads like a book or movie title, as if "Douche Bag' was a character's name.  "Hello Douche Bag, how are you today? How's that constitutionality workin' out for ya?" "Well, it's coming along, " Douche Bag responded. "I hope to have it resolved next week."

Good luck Douche Bag, we're all pullin' for ya.
