The results of a dismal turnout for the Victoria City Council District 1 seat election was close enough that a runoff election is necessary, which is scheduled for August 27th but, early voting continues until Tuesday, August 23rd.

Hours for early voting are Monday through Friday from 8-5 at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Public Health Center at 2805 N. Navarro, and runs until August 23rd. Early voting by mail is allowed until August 27th. Photo ID will be required for this election.
