Victoria Comes Through Yet Again

Once again, I want to thank everyone who came out to our Rocktober Street Dance featuring Journey tribute band San Antonio Lights. It was a great crowd and it looked to me like everyone enjoyed themselves...I know I did.

Last week, they were excited to present a check to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for $5,700 on behalf of Knights of Columbus Council #9088, Coors Light, Hartman Distributing Company, The City of Victoria Parks & Recreation Dept. and KLUB 106.9 FM. This donation was made possible by the support shown by so many of you at our recently held Rocktober Street Dance a few weeks ago. Events like the Coors Light Street Dance Series have raised over $35,000 for local charities and non-profit groups over the past 2 years, in addition to these funds raised for St. Jude's. As we near the Thanksgiving holiday later this month, it is appropriate that we let all of you know how much we appreciate your support.
