We've all had run ins with customer service. Whether your cable is out or perhaps something you just recently purchased has broken. Generally, you call customer service to make things right and in most cases you can get the answer to your problem pretty quick and painless. Well listen to this customer who called cable and internet provider Comcast to try and cancel his service.

I honestly don't know how he could have stayed so calm. My blood pressure (and my voice) would have definitely risen a few times during this conversation.
