The Victoria Generals won a big game against the Brazos Valley Bombers 9-3 last night, a win that ended the Bombers 12-game home winning streak.

It was a productive night for the Generals, who also managed to set a new single-season record with 10 stolen bases.

Lucas Humpal picked up the win on the mound for the Generals, Zac Curtis notched the loss for the Bombers. In the hit department, the Generals had 11, and the Bombers 9.

With the win, the Generals improve to 15-10 and the Bombers fall to 21-4.

The Generals will look for the two-game sweep as the two teams meet again tonight in Bryan at 7:05pm.  The Generals return home on Saturday and Sunday to host the Acadiana Cane Cutters at 7:05pm at Riverside Stadium.
