One Bowl Chocolate Cake III (original source)
Ingredients:
2 c White Sugar
1 3/4 c All Purpose Flour
3/4 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Bake Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 c Water (Boiling)
How To:
Start off by setting your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 150 degrees Celsius). Then grease and flour two 9" round pans. Then in a large bowl, you will combine all the dry ingredients and stir them together. Next, add the more liquidy-ingredients, minus the boiling water, and mix them together until smooth. Add the boiling water last and stir that in, then divide the bowl mix into the greased and floured round pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until both cakes pass the toothpick test.  Let the cake cool in the pans for 10 minutes then have them finish cooling on a wire rack. Depending on how long you bake them, worst-case scenario; you have some very unique frisbees now.

Chocolate Cake Shot

1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
Rim - Salt
Garnish - Lemon
How To:
Rub the lemon along the rim of the glass and dip into salt to cover the rim of the glass. Then simply add the two drinks and stir slightly (or not at all if you're in a time crunch because let's face it, it's just a shot and the drink will mix when you...well...drink it).
