As the regular season winds down in college football, 3 Texas teams remain in the AP Top 25. The TCU Horned Frogs advanced above the Baylor Bears, and the Houston Cougars fell to #17. Baylor has moved up in the College football Playoff Rankings to number 7 this week, despite a loss a few weeks ago. The Bears have a 9-1 record, right behind Notre Dame ranked 6th with a 10-1 record. The only other Texas team still in the top 25 is TCU. The Horned Frogs are at #19, with a record of 9-2. Clemson sits atop the top spot at 11-0, Alabama is #2 at 10-1 and Oklahoma is 3rd also at 10-1.
