So you want to get in shape, and you're ready to begin a regular exercise routine. You got the treadmill out of storage, or you took the clothes off of it and put them back in the closet where they belong. Here's a guy who wants to give you a little inspiration, by demonstrating his awesome treadmill skills. He's pretty good at it, that is until his epic finishing move.

As far as I'm concerned, they are also among the greatest combination of words ever, because they usually lead to a chuckle or two. Florida...it's the Germany of the United States. That is to say, it seems like most of the dumb criminals, weirdos doing weird things kind of stories come from the Sunshine State these days.
