driving too slowly

Have you ever been driving along on Loop 463 or the Houston Highway and you came up on a car driving too slowly? Frustrating, isn't it? Especially if that car happens to be moseying along in the passing lane. You want to tell the driver come on, let's go! I'd like to get home before nightfall! Some of us actually have lives, dammit!
