Texas seceding is a HOT TOPIC and LOTS of opinions are being shared over the latest House Bill, House Bill 1359, the Texas Referendum Act.

Over the years I've heard all of the reasons why Texas couldn't secede even if it wanted to, but it looks like, with enough Texas signatures, the right to apply to consider seceding might not be as far out as interested Texans once believed.

In fact, Texans may be supporting the opportunity to choose to secede more now than in decades past.

Spearheaded by Texas Representative of Fredricksburg (Rep.) Kyle Biedermann, Biedermann filed House Bill 1359, or the Texas Independence Referendum Act on Tuesday, January 26th, 2020.

In essence, if House Bill 1359 passed, it would allow Texans to vote on whether the Texas Legislature should create a committee to develop a plan for achieving Texas independence.

Politicians from across the U.S. and even some from Texas are calling the bill ludicrous, but Rep. Biedermann is dead serious and determined. Biedermann wrote on Twitter, " For decades, the promises of America & our individual liberties have been eroding. Now is the time for the People of Texas to have the right to decide their own future."

Take out the fact that many experts agree it's not possible or legal or ever going to happen, do you think Texas should secede if it could?

One of the best videos I'd seen years ago (2012) from CGP Gray answers "Can Texas Secede from The Union"? Watch this!

After a year like we've had, I'd say NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE anymore!
