Ronnie James Dio: The Early Years

Before he became one of the greatest vocalists in rock n' roll, Ronnie James Dio was in a number of bands including The Vegas Kings, and Elf. Elf opened for Deep Purple on numerous tours, and Ronnie went on to form Rainbow with Deep Purple guitarist Ritchie Blackmore, he also sang with Black Sabbath and formed his own namesake band, Dio. But, in the early 60's, he was singing the contemporary songs of the day in a group called Ronnie Dio & The Prophets. Here's a little taste for you.
