Mike is our Golden Apple Award winner this week!!

This week Townsquare Media and Gone Bananas would like to give Mike Swearingen with Rushing Wind Fellowship  the Golden Apple Award! Kari Smith submitted Mike's name. Here is what she had to say…

My Dad goes above and beyond for all members of the community, babies through seniors.  He runs a very active food pantry from his church.  He also runs a cooling shelter during the day for people to have an air conditioning place with snacks and cold drinks to rest at.  Then during bad weather they can sleep overnight.  He has a shower trailer available for use for the homeless.  All of this he does free as a service to our community!
