There will be food, live music, raffles, sales and more all to help raise money to offset medical costs for Melba Monroe Rios. After 16 rounds of Chemo Therapy, 2 surgeries, and 30 radiation treatments for Melba's breast cancer she came out strong, but her medical costs are very high and your attendance and donation can and will help offset medical costs.
