Is Grilling Getting Too High Tech? [VIDEO]

Did you grill over Memorial Day Weekend? I mean, maybe before the downpour. Did you use gas or charcoal? It's the age old question. I have always been a charcoal purist, mainly because I grew up before gas grills were a thing. I did get a gas grill a few years ago for Father's Day, and I do enjoy it too,  but the question is, are modern grills too high tech?
