Just about every Classic Rock band and their brother are heading out on tour this summer, some of which will be their final tours ever. Here's a list of those that are in reach to us here in the Crossroads.

The Eagles are on the road with a few notable additions, namely Vince gill and Deacon Frey.  They'll be in Houston at Minute Maid Park on June 15th with special guest Chris Stapleton. Ticket info is available here.

Ozzy Osbourne heads out on the No More Tours 2 tour, which he says will be his final solo tour ever. He has a date in Houston on September 28th at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Tickets available here.

Lynyrd Skynyrd will be out on the Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour. What's really cool about this tour is the fact that they'll have lots of special guests at various stops on the tour to pay tribute. They'll be at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston on May 12th with Bad Company and the Outlaws. Tickets available here.

Despite the death of band co-founder Walter Becker, Steely Dan takes their jazz-influenced rock to the new Smart Financial Center in Sugar Land on May 24th, and the Austin 360 Amphitheater on May 27th. Both of those dates include the Doobie Brothers and tickets and info are available here.

It's the 'Nothin' But A Good Time' Tour with Poison and Cheap Trick who head to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston on June 3rd. Tickets are available here.

One of the biggest pairings this year is Def Leppard and Journey. In San Antonio, they're scheduled to play AT&T Center on August 31st, and they've got 2 dates set for the Toyota Center in Houston September 1st & 3rd. Tickets and info here.

Steve Miller Band and Peter Frampton. These 2 Classic Rock legends are on the road together with a few dates within our reach. On July 25th, Steve will be in San Antonio at the Majestic Theater. Next, Peter Frampton joins Steve at the Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land on July 28th, and then in Austin at the Moody Theater on July 30th. Tickets can be had here.

Chicago has another leg of their tour that includes REO Speedwagon June 30th at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston and Austin's 360 Amphitheater on July 1st.

Foreigner's Juke Box Heroes Tour with Whitesnake and Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening looks to be pretty special. First up, a Foreigner only show on Feb 23rd at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo and on Feb. 25th at ACL Live at the Moody Theater. Foreigner's Juke Box Heroes leg heads to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston July 20th. Tickets and info available here.

The Stars Align Tour should be an interesting one with one of my guitar heroes Jeff Beck teaming up with Paul Rodgers. Ann Wilson of Heart opens the show, scheduled for the Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land on July 24th. Tickets and more info here.

Jeff Lynne's ELO hits the Toyota Center in Houston on August 10th. Tickets and info here.

Another big farewell tour is the Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour with Elton John. He's headed to the Toyota Center in Houston on Dec. 8th and 9th, and in San Antonio at the AT&T Center on Dec. 12th. Tickets and info here.

Styx with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Tesla looks like a killer show, and they'll be at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston on June 9th. Ticket info is right here.

It's still early so, I'm sure more concert announcements will be made and we'll let you know about them. Happy concerting!
