Easter is right around the corner and for lots of parents in the Crossroads that means the kids will be home for Easter break vacation, even while we work. We hope you are able to enjoy Easter Sunday home with family but in the days ahead there are some great events happening in the Crossroads to keep the kids busy.

How about the celebrating spring at the Children's Discovery Museum with scavenger hunts, storytelling, experiments, crafts, and more! Plus CDM will even have a special guest hopping around... the Easter Bunny! Admission is $8 per person but members are free. It's the Spring Fling at CDM at 1205 Sam Houston Dr on Friday, April 2nd.

This one is easy, it's an Easter Drive Thru for Kids at Redeemer Church, Saturday, April 3rd from 10 am to 12 pm at 1107 Salem Rd, Victoria. Join them for their Easter for Kids Drive-Thru Event They will be handing out bags with coloring books, crayons, stickers, stamps, crafts, and candy. Stay in your car and join us for some Easter fun!

Hop Over to El Campo on Saturday, April 3rd, for another fun Easter Drive Thru! Children ages 3-9 are invited to attend with their parents driving for the El Campo Memorial Hospital  Drive-thru Easter Egg Hunt located on 303 Sandy Corner Road from 10 am to 11 am.  Please use the El Campo Memorial Hospital front entrance and remain in your car. Each child will receive a lunch bag with Easter Eggs while supplies last.

Here is something else for kids in El Campo too! Go El Campo for some Easter fun too! April 3rd & 4th at the El Campo Lost Lagoon Campground. They will have a Family Easter Egg Hunt - please bring 12 filled eggs per child. An entire weekend of games and activities has been planned including egg dying, pictures with the Easter Bunny, S'mores, Live Music with Kelly Pearson Saturday from 4-7 pm, Easter Morning Service and Perry's Bible Study for the Kids! Sunday morning, April 4th, there will be an Easter egg hunt for children at First English Evangelical Lutheran Church, 516 N Main St, in Victoria at 9:15 am. Children are invited to bring their baskets for an Easter Egg Hunt during the Sunday School Hour on Easter Sunday!
