Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys...hated by millions, probably loved by a few,, and certainly not one to keep his thoughts on the NFL to himself. That's what may end up costing him millions of dollars in fines from the league for what they call 'conduct detrimental to the NFL.'

At issue is the league's suspension of Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott for violating the league's personal conduct policy, and Jones' response of challenging Commissioner Roger Goodell's contract. Jones had threatened a lawsuit over the issue but, eventually changed his mind.

According to a published report, the league will order Jones to pay any legal fees the league compensation committee had to pay in their defense, as well as what the league itself had to pay.
