This whole scary clown thing has gotten out of hand. We're hearing stories on the news about clowns looking menacing, and even actually threatening people all over the country. Now, that threat has happened at Victoria East High School.

According to a published report in the Victoria Advocate, school officials and local police working together identified students responsible for a threatening post on Facebook.

The threats, which were made against the school and not any particular students, were on a fairly new page on the social media site.

Administrators are determining what the appropriate punishment should be for those involved, and according to district spokeswoman Shawna Currie, this type of incident is punishable by expulsion.
