Today marks the one year anniversary of the tragic shooting in El Paso that killed 23 people and injured 23 more.  This shooting has been described the deadliest attack on Latino/Hispanics in Modern American History.

A tribute will take place tonight at 9 O'clock to remember to victims. The El Paso Chamber of Commerce will flash the Star on the Mountain 23 times, in ten-second intervals, in honor of the 23 victims.  This is just one of many events taking place to honor the Aug 3rd shooting victims.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations has filed many charges against Patrick Crusius, 21. The decision came back in February of this year, after authorities said he traveled from the Dallas area to El Paso and opened fire at a Walmart popular with people on both sides of the Texas-Mexico border.

In a recent report from the ABC affiliate KVIA in El Paso, here is what has happened since that dark day.
