I've been on the air in East Texas since 1999, and in radio for my whole adult life. I've been single, married, and single again, and weeding through the dating apps as a single mom of three girls is quite the adventure. It all leads to one fun and embarrassing story after another for the radio show. We chat about fitness and exercise, relationships, and workplace experiences, pop culture news, kids, and things that bother us and make us laugh and bawl our eyes out too. Faith, fitness, and family are really important to me, and I love shopping and sports too. My daughters crack me up and ask odd questions and challenge me, and you'll hear me talking about wild parental adventures with them too. Life is full and a little nuts, so let's hang out and do it together. It's better with friends, and sometimes vodka.
