So, I have officially completed week three of my "transformation." I have attended every boot camp class at Gold's Gym, been drinking at least a gallon of water a day and eating "clean", as in heaps of salads and veggies. I am happy to report I am down 4 pounds! I can't wait until I can actually SEE results.  I know it's not something that happens overnight, so I'm doing my best to not get discouraged.  I am fully committed to hitting my weight loss goals, but I have to admit, the diet is getting to me.  I have no problem with salad and veggies, but I am totally burned out! I'm a lover of food (how I got to this point) and after three weeks, I miss it- haha.

Since I am so new to the Crossroads, I am reaching out to you, fellow rockers.  I need your suggestions on healthy places to dine and/or delicious (yet easy) healthy recipes I can implement into my weekly meal planning. I know by restricting myself to salad, veggies and chicken would get me there, but if I actually ENJOY what I'm eating or preparing, then I will stick to it.  This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.  If you can help, leave your suggestions and recipes below. I'm excited to see what you have in mind for me. I'll be checking the comments. in the meantime, see you at boot camp at Gold's Gym in the Northcross Shopping Center on Navarro. 4 down, 31 to go!!!!
