The breakfast taco or burrito, a Texas staple. Some mornings while getting ready, that's all I can think about. I like them so much that I eat them at any time of the day, if they're still being served, that is. But the question is, where can you find the best breakfast taco in Victoria? According to reviewers on Yelp, these are the best.

10. Rosita Bakery

At 206 W. Water St., this bakery has been around for a long time serving pastries, coffee and breakfast tacos. As one reviewer put it, "come early, or it's gone."

9 Frances Marie's Restaurant and Cantina

2505 Houston Highway. Most of the reviews were about dinner which I am a big fan of there, but they did get some good marks for their breakfast, which was described as "the best breakfast in Victoria."

8. Taqueria El Rodeo II

3402 Sam Houston Drive. Reviewers said breakfast tacos are their specialty. Having been there, I can agree that they're pretty tasty. I'm sure that's the reason that the drive thru line is always so long in the morning.

7. M&M Pinto Bean

202 E. Rio Grande. If you've ever driven by on your way to work, then you've probably seen the line of cars waiting to get what some describe as the biggest breakfast tacos. They also got high marks for the rest of their menu.

6. El Pico De Gallo

609 E. Rio Grande St. This place gets high marks for their large portions and low prices. Sounds like another place to put on my list.

5. El Guerrerense Tex Mex

2101 N. Laurent St. Here's one I haven't had the pleasure of trying yet, but their menu looks pretty darn good. Only open for breakfast and lunch, so plan accordingly. Those breakfast plates sound amazing.

4. Las Palmas Mexican Cafe

6007 N. Main St. I have had their breakfast tacos a time or two, and they never disappoint. I have also had lunch and dinner there and again, I was always satisfied. Their parking lot always looks full whenever I drive by so, you know they're doing something right.

3. TNT Restaurant Tacos-N-Tamales

908 E. Rio Grande St. According to reviewers, one of the very best places in town for breakfast tacos. Don't let the long line at the drive thru scare you away, it tends to move pretty quickly. The tacos are described as huge, cheap and delicious.

2. Don Jose Mexican Restaurant

2902 E. Airline. Reviewers say "don't let the look of the outside of the building fool you," because the food is tremendous. The breakfast tacos and other breakfast items got good reviews. I drive by this place all the time but, I've never stopped. I definitely will now.

1. La Cabana

2013 E. Red River. Some reviewers said this was the most authentic Mexican food in town. The breakfast tacos are raved about. The other foods described by reviewers sound pretty good, too. Here's another one that I've never tried but, it is now on my list.

Who serves your favorite breakfast tacos?
