David Draiman has now taken the next step in establishing his new band, Device, as the group played their first-ever live performance Wednesday night in Mobile, Alabama.

As the singer took the stage in a dark black duster, much to the delight of the crowd, he proclaimed that the time had come to "pop the cherry" on performing live and then kicked things off on a high note with the song 'You Think You Know.' The hard-hitting 'Penance' would follow just ahead of the band's breakout lead single, 'Vilify.'

Several fan-filmed video clips from the Soul Kitchen show in Mobile have surfaced, with viewers now able to check out the first performances of 'You Think You Know,' 'Penance,' 'Vilify' and 'Out of Line' online. Each of the tracks can be seen below. In addition to those cuts, the band's opening night performance also featured the songs 'Close My Eyes Forever,' 'Hunted,' 'Opinion,' 'War of Lies,' 'Haze' and the set closer 'Through It All.'

Along with the performance, it's also a big week for Draiman and Device as their self-titled debut disc just arrived in stores.
