Wanna See What Lightning Does to a Utility Pole?

The title pretty much says it all. During a drive on a Chicago highway, a driver caught on camera just exactly what happens when mother nature gets tired of utility poles. I've been in a pretty bad lightning storm before. When I was in college I was leaving work one night and lightning struck the tower on top of the student radio station and I must say, 2 drops of pee came out. It was loud and scared the crap out of me. How this driver stayed calm and hardly flinched I'll never know. Take a look for yourself.
