It didn't take long for Vince Neil to pick up where Motley Crue left off. Less than three weeks after Crue performed for the last time, Neil played a free show at the Wolf Den at the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, Ct., on Saturday (Jan. 16).

"Thanks to all the fans that came out last night to #mohegansun Had a great time!" Neil tweeted after the concert. "Wolfs Den was rockin!!"

Neil's 11-song set (listed below) featured 10 Motley Crue chestnuts and a heavy metal medley -- sung by his guitarist -- that included Black Sabbath's "Heaven and Hell" and Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love" and "Stairway to Heaven." We've embedded video of the opener, "Dr. Feelgood," above and "Kickstart My Heart" below.

Neil's not the only member of Motley Crue who immediately went back to work. Nikki Sixx's band, Sixx:A.M. is just about done with the two albums they've promised. On Saturday, guitarist DJ Ashba tweeted, "Finishing touches on both of the new @sixxam albums today!! Last day of guitars!! #Coming2016 #ConquerTheWorld."

Sixx plans to release the two records at different times this year, and will then spend two years on the road promoting them. But unlike Neil, don't expect to hear any Motley Crue material at Sixx:A.M. shows. "The day Motley Crue plays its last show," he said back in May. "I will never play another Motley Crue song again ... even if it’s one I wrote.”
