Victoria’s Blue Santa Registration Opens Today at Noon

Registration to participate and receive gifts through Victoria Police Department Blue Santa program opens at noon Monday.

Blue Santa is a program run by the police department and Toys for Tots, where gifts are delivered to children at an annual distribution party.

The goal of the program is to provide gifts and clothing to underprivledged children in the community, according to its website.

Last year, more than 9,000 toys were given out.

Applications are at the front desk of the records division, 105 W. Juan Linn St., or at the Victoria Police Department, 306 S. Bridge St. For more information, contact Maria Perez at 361-485-3799.
