Victoria Public Library Celebrates the End of it’s Annual Read-A-Palooza Summer Reading Program

Victoria Public Library is holding it's annual end of "Read-A-Palooza" party today at the Victoria Community Center.

Beginning on June 4th this year, Read-A-Palooza at VPL is a program design to get kids more interested in reading, especially in their down time from school. This year was an excellent year with a huge turnout according to VPL.

Activities included magic shows, story tellers, family movie showings, even Wii sports competitions.

If you missed out on all the fun, don't worry. They do this every year. If you DID participate this year then don't miss out on all the closing festivities today at the Victoria Community Center from 2:30-4pm. There will be a raffle for prizes, popcorn, drinks, storybook theater and much more.
