UHV Jaguars Win Conference Tournament Opener

The University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars Softball Team won their conference tournament opener blowing out Langston 12-0 yesterday.

In dominant fashion, the Jags forced an early ending by pouring on the runs going up 12-0 after just 3 innings. Haley Beam got the Jags win on the mound giving up only 2 hits, one walk and pitching 2 strikeouts.

The Jags now face LSU-Alexandria today at 4 with the winner advancing to the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament Championship game.
