UHV Jaguar Softball Finishes in Top 25

It was a good year for the UHV Jaguar Softball Team, winning the conference title in the Red River Athletic Conference and a spot in the NAIA National Tournament. Now, the Jaguars can add another accolade with a Top 25 spot in the final Coaches poll of the year.

The 2016 NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll has ranked the Jags at #17, making this 5 years in a row that the team ranked in the postseason and the 4th year out of the last 5 that they ended ranked in the Top 25. Oklahoma City ended up winning the tournament , making this year their 9th championship.
