High School/Previous School: Round Rock H.S./Eastfield Community College

Classification: Junior

Statistics for the Week: Compiled a .533 batting average going 8-for-15 at the plate. Had a hit in each of the four games the Jaguars played, including his first home run as a Jaguar. He drove in three runs and compiled a .733 slugging percentage and a .533 on-base percentage.. He did not commit an error in 21 chances.

What advice would you give to a younger player about the sport you are involved in that would help them improve? Remember you’re going to fail at some point, but stick with it and always battle to be your best.

What is your background and experience in the sport you participate in? Played for Round Rock High School and was the team’s MVP his senior year. He also played for the Round Rock Express in summer ball, as well as, at Cisco Junior College and Eastfield Community College. His dad played baseball for the university of Houston from 1994-95.
