37 year old Joel Bradley Cook was was originally charged with Assault Family Violence.   Joel is described 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds. Joel has blonde hair and hazel eyes and reportedly has a goatee.

Authorities say Cook may be armed and dangerous. Remember, you should never attempt to apprehend a fugitive.
