Texas Cop Offers to Let Woman Go if She Let Him Sniff Her Feet

Authorities in Harris County, Texas, are raising a stink over a school police officer who allegedly offered to let a suspect off the hook if she would let him sniff her feet.

Patrick Quinn, 26, a former police officer for the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District AND former City of Victoria Police Officer, pulled a woman over in the early morning hours of Aug. 11, because her insurance had expired. Not sure how he could tell her insurance had expired but that's not where this gets weird.

After detaining the woman in his patrol car, Quinn searched the woman's vehicle because he said he "smelled weed" which the woman has denied. Then, after a search, Quinn comes back to his patrol car and tells the woman he found a grinder for marijuana. Which she also denies.

Then, Quinn tells the woman flat out that he has a foot fetish and if she let him sniff and lick her feet, he would let her go. Then, yes there's more, he asked the woman to remove her panties and give them to him to also sniff. He then let her go without sniffing her feet or her underwear.

She filed a police report and they were able to match Quinn up with finger prints on the woman's insurance card.

Quinn is currently on administrative leave and out on bond. Be careful out there ladies.
