Ted Cruz…..The Lead Singer of Christian Metal Band Stryper?!?!

Presidential candidate, and suspected Zodiac Killer, Ted Cruz has a very unique face. It's certainly something you could spot in a crowd but why is that? Is it because he's plastered on every news channel 24 hours a day? Perhaps. Or maybe there's another reason. A whole other theory as to why Ted Cruz is just so recognizable. He's the lead singer of Christian metal band Stryper.

Now hear me out. Think about it. He WAS a Christian mime in High School. It's possible he traded in his white make up for hairspray, spandex and a bible.

And there's the fact that you've never seen the two men in the same room at the same time! OK there's another reason for that. They actually don't know eachother at all but it's a fun theory to think about. And yes, Cruz only looks like Michael Sweet in 1 photo from like 1983 but to anyone who has never seen either of them and had to look at this one picture they would have no problem believing they are the same person.
