Tatoo Artists Revenge Could Cost Him $100,000

A tattoo artist from Dayton, Ohio is facing a $100,000 lawsuit from his ex girlfriend, who says the artist intentionally gave her an embarrassing tattoo, allegedly for revenge. The ex, Rossie Brovent first tried to have Ryan Fitzgerald arrested on assault charges, but that wouldn’t stand up, since she had signed a release form before getting the artwork done, which said the design was “at the artist’s discretion.”

According to a report, Ryan had found out that Rossie had cheated on him with a long-time friend of his, but instead of confronting her about it, he decided revenge would be sweeter. So, when Rossie asked him to do a large tattoo of a scene from Narnia, Ryan had a better idea. Rossie alleges that Ryan got her drunk on wine and tequila shots, so he could get her to sign the consent form that relieves him of any liability. With document in hand, Ryan instead of tattooing the scene she was expecting, gave her a rather large tattoo of a steaming pile of excrement, complete with flies buzzing around it.
