It was apparently a video from MTV, since VJ Alan Hunter is conducting the interview, and among the servers is Stevie's own mother. Pretty rare video for sure.

On January 29, 2013, Legacy Recordings will release a 30th anniversary edition of 'Texas Flood,' the debut album by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble. The two-CD set will include a previously unreleased 1983 concert.
