Is a ‘Star Trek’ Worf TV Series Moving Closer to Reality?

As starved as we are for any scoop or footage of J.J. Abrams’ ‘Star Trek 2,’ it’s no secret that we’d love to see ‘Star Trek’ back on the small screen one day.  Of course, it’d be impossible to say whether any future ‘Star Trek’ TV series would follow the new continuity established by the Abrams films, or return to the classic universe, but at least one ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation’ star believes he’s moving closer toward spinning off into his own series.  Could it ever really happen?

In the other, we have ‘Star Trek,’ the show that gave Leonard Nimoy (Spock), William Shatner (Captain Kirk) and George Takei (Sulu) a cult following and launched their careers. Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto furthered the legacy by starring in the 2009 film.

So, which is better? It’s now time for you to decide in our poll below.

Zoe Saldana – Crush of the Day

Zoe Saldana is what happens when glamor has a torrid affair with talent. The New Jersey native is perhaps best known for her role as Britney Spears’ friend in the film Crossroads Star Trek’s Lt. Uhura, but her breakout role was the sexy (even to non-Furries) blue cat-lady Neytiri in Avatar.

You may have also seen her in every movie released in the last three years. If there was a character who would happily beat you up without breaking a nail, that was Saldana, including, yes, Hannibal from The A-Team, except not really.
