Not a great swimmin' hole ... one of the 15 most polluted rivers in the United States of America runs through a huge chunk of Texas.

You see it everywhere, on busy city streets, in neighborhood subdivisions, in vacant lots. It's litter, and when I see it, I wonder how can people be so lazy and inconsiderate to just throw their garbage out of their cars and not care? It ruins it for everybody, and that's the motivation for an anti-litter campaign in the city of Victoria...

It's a shame. It's a shame that people can be so lazy and inconsiderate that they just dump their trash anywhere. I know most people do care and dispose of their trash properly, and I know lots of Texans go above and beyond. Take the twice a year Adopt-A-Beach cleanup for example...
