It’s not unusual for touring bands to honor tickets from canceled shows at subsequent re-scheduled dates  -  unless, of course, those re-scheduled shows take place more than three decades later.

On Monday, a story in the U.K.’s Daily Record claimed Axl Rose contacted a model agency to hire 20 women to fill the front row of Friday’s Guns N’ Roses concert in Glasgow. It’s a claim the band is now denying. Guitarist Bumblefoot says if the women show up in the crowd and backstage, he’s not going to complain, but it wasn’t the band that requested them.

Even rock legends need to make time for practice, so in order to work out the kinks before their summer reunion shows, Black Sabbath have scheduled an intimate warm-up show at the O2 Academy in Birmingham, England.

According to numbers released by the ticketing service TicketsNow, Swift accounted for an amazing six percent of system-wide sales, good enough to place her sixth on the all-agency list of events for the month.
