Street Repairs to Reduce North Street to One Lane

One thing that's often complained about in Victoria is the condition of the streets. There are plenty of them that need help. One of those is set to get underway, and will reduce a portion of North Street to one lane this weekend.

Beginning today (Saturday, May 14) the City will reduce North Street to one lane eastbound only from Main Street to William Street in order to make pavement repairs.  This lane closure will be from 8 am to 8 pm for two days, weather permitting.

All businesses in the construction zone will remain open and accessible, and the public is encouraged to support businesses in the work zone.  Through-traffic can avoid delays in the work zone by seeking alternate routes.
