With a new album, ‘In Your Dreams,’ coming out on May 3 and high-profile tour with Rod Stewart this summer, we’re going to be seeing a lot more of Stevie Nicks in the very near future, particularly on television. Not only will she have a cameo on the NBC sitcom ‘Up All Night’ on Thursday (March 29), but she’ll be working with the remaining nine contestants on ‘American Idol’ tonight (March 28).

The appearance will reunite her with the hip and cool Interscope chairman Jimmy Iovine, who serves as the mentor to the artists on the popular program. Iovine co-produced Nicks’ solo work in the 1980s, ‘Bella Donna,’ ‘the Wild Heart’ and ‘Rock a Little.’ Nicks and Iovine were once romantically involved, and lived together for about six months in 1980.

Nicks is also increasing her tour schedule. She added three more dates w/Stewart in August, in Greensboro, Tulsa and Houston. She also announced three solo shows before going out with Stewart, beginning June 29 at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in beautiful Wantagh, NY.
