We all remember "deflate gate" that happened during the NFL playoffs. Well it seems the investigators have come forth with their take on it and it certainly doesn't make Tom Brady look good. Specifically, the report, prepared by attorney Ted Wells, found that "it is more probable than not" that Brady was "at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities" of locker room attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski, who has been with the team since 2001.

So basically, Tom Brady knew his balls felt perfect. So much so that his agent release a statement following the release of the investigation findings.

In a statement Thursday, Brady's agent Don Yee characterized the Wells report as "a significant and terrible disappointment." He questioned the role of the Indianapolis Colts in the scandal. "What does it say about the league office's protocols and ethics when it allows one team to tip it off to an issue prior to a championship game, and no league officials or game officials notified the Patriots of the same issue prior to the game?" Yee said. "This suggests it may be more probable than not that the league cooperated with the Colts in perpetrating a sting operation."

So what does this do for Brady? Absolutely nothing. You see....Mr. Craft (owner of the Patriots) and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodall are best friends and you can't very well go tarnishing the good name of NFL's golden boy. So, I see nothing happening to Brady or the Patriots as punishment for something that obviously happened. Surprising? Not in the least.

Welcome to the business that is professional sports.
