Slipknot’s Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan Directs Upcoming Motionless in White Video

Slipknot may be on a break, but percussionist M. Shawn Crahan (aka Clown) is making the most of his time. Late last year, he stepped behind the lens to direct the 'We Are' video for Hollywood Undead and now he's adding to his resume by overseeing a new clip for Motionless in White.

Crahan says via his Facebook page, " I directed a Motionless In White video yesterday (March 26). I had a blast. We created something special. All the people involved were so great and a pleasure to work with. I live for those days."

Over the past few years, Crahan has been building his visual cache, taking up photography, releasing a book of his creative pieces and now jumping into music video directing. In addition to the smaller clips he's done for other bands, Crahan directed Slipknot's own 'Disasterpieces,' 'Voliminal: Inside the Nine,' 'Of the (sic),' and '(sic)nesses: Live at Download' DVDs.

It was not revealed what song Crahan directed the video for, but it's likely the track came from Motionless in White's 'Infamous' album, which arrived in stores last November.
