Scammer Comes Clean to Victoria Police Seargant [VIDEO]

You've heard of the scam...you get a call from someone claiming to be from the IRS. The caller says you owe taxes for whatever reason, and the payment must be made immediately. They go on to say that you need to pay with a Green Dot card. The problem is, the IRS would never call you demanding money. They (or any other official making such a request) would always contact you in writing.
