Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, nor Hurricane Odile stays Sammy Hagar from the swift completion of his appointed annual birthday bash.

The Red Rocker was forced to cancel his plans to hold the festivities at his Cabo Wabo resort after the category 3-level storm wreaked havoc on Cabo San Lucas, but he's bounded back and put together a bigger, better, belated shindig, scheduled to take place in Las Vegas on Oct. 18.

Sensibly dubbed 'Sammy Hagar's Belated Birthday Bash,' the event will include appearances by Hagar and the Circle, a combo consisting of Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson, as well as a "special encore" from Hagar and Anthony with Joe Satriani and Chad Smith, a.k.a. Chickenfoot. According to a press release announcing the show, fans can expect to hear Hagar "rocking a setlist spanning four decades -- including hits from Montrose, Hagar's solo career, Van Halen and beyond -- and with Bonham on board, they can also expect a few Led Zeppelin classics."

Fans who bought tickets to the original show can transfer them to the Belated Birthday Bash and receive "a complimentary upgrade to Red Zone passes" in the bargain. In addition, Cabo Birthday Bash ticket-holders will all receive complimentary digital downloads of Hagar's upcoming acoustic album on his birthday, Oct. 13. Those who have Cabo tickets but are unable to attend in Las Vegas will be given a full refund.

The Belated Birthday Bash will be held at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, and promises to "bring the Cabo lifestyle to the desert with exotic cocktails, street food, sand volleyball, and of course, rock & roll." General admission tickets are $65, while "Red Zone" tickets, which include Party Pit access and closer stage views, are $85; both packages are set to go on sale at the event center website on Sept. 25 at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time.
