Road Construction Closes Anthony Rd. to Through Traffic

It's nice to see roads that need repair being taken care on in our fair city but, that repair does come with some inconvenience while the work is going on.

Beginning today (Tuesday, July 19) the City will close Anthony Road to through traffic between Lone Tree Road and Rio Grande Street for street reconstruction. Reconstruction of the street is expected to take approximately three weeks, weather permitting.

Drivers can expect delays in the work zone and should use alternate routes to get around the work zone if possible. All businesses, residents and parking lots in the construction zone will remain accessible via alternate routes.
