Reporter “Assaulted” on Live TV. What Do You Think?

A TV reporter went live on air for a news story in which she was reporting on crime in the area. Moments later, a man jumps in front of the camera and snatches the microphone from her...yells something, then the cut the shot. And now, the reporter is filing assault charges against the man.

Now this is what I want to know. How is this any different than what Kanye West did to Taylor Swift on stage? Sure, she cried but was it assault? What do you think? Watch below and comment.
