[/caption]In an attempt to poo-poo his town's decision to add onto the middle school across the street from his home, plumber David Linscott has lined his Kittery, Maine yard with 17 commodes.

In addition to the reconstruction at Shapleigh Middle School, the road in front of the school was widened to allow for on-street parking. It's the on-street parking that upsets Linscott, who claims that he and his neighbors have had to deal with random people trespassing on their property.

The toilets have been in Linscott's yard since the fall of 2010 he plans to keep his porcelain soldiers in place until his voice is heard.
